Great article. It is quite unfortunate that over the last 10 years, the travel industry has had to take on terrorism, SARS, tsunamis, flu virus, swine flu, as well as the first ever real global economic collapse. Through it all the industry has really proven to be robust, resilient and also dynamic, locating new ways to deal with adversity. There are always fresh complications and opportunities to which the industry must yet again adapt and reply.
